Neil Krisel Lewis, President of IYC, brings ambition, energy, and a genuine love for the art of debate. A Grade 12 student and national-level athlete, Neil thrives under pressure — whether that’s competing at the highest level in sport or going head-to-head in committee. For him, MUN is where argument becomes fun: fast, sharp, and always worth winning. That same competitive discipline shapes how he leads. His vision is bold and unapologetic — to revolutionise IYC, transforming it into a space that’s more dynamic, more challenging, and more rewarding for every delegate who walks through the door.

Virika serves as the President of IYC, leading the conference with vision, responsibility, and confidence. She oversees the planning and execution of the event while coordinating with different teams to ensure that every aspect runs smoothly. With strong leadership and communication skills, Virika works to create an engaging, organised, and memorable experience for all participants.

Dhveer is a calm, approachable, and easy going person with a passion for leadership, public speaking, and teamwork. Having participated in numerous Model United Nations conferences, where he has earned multiple awards, as both a delegate and a member of the executive board, he has developed strong skills in diplomacy, negotiation, and critical thinking while remaining composed under pressure. As the Lincoln House Representative, he actively represents his peers and contributes to the school community with responsibility and initiative. Outside of school , he has multiple interests whether it's making numerous saves on the football pitch , or djing a party . Known for his subtle sense of humour and ability to connect with people, Dhveer strives to create a positive environment while embracing every opportunity to learn, lead, and grow.

Introducing Tiara Batra, Vice President of IYC and an IBDP Representative. Part-time comedian and full-time "we need to fix this schedule right now" person, she oversees the core executive operations of the conference, combining sharp administrative management with effortless communication. Having consistently taken home Best Delegation at IYC in previous years, Tiara has transitioned from winning on the conference floor to shaping the entire framework behind it. Beyond her executive responsibilities, she is an experienced MUNer who thrives in high-pressure environments and brings people together with clear direction. Infusing wit, relentless drive, and a natural knack for leadership into her work, Tiara guarantees precision, team synergy, and exceptional execution in her role at IYC.
